    1. me! except i already have her, she is a bichon frise and a miniature poodle (bichonpoo) she isnt potty trained but working on it!

  2. Who else is here because they want to be responsible and know how to properly care for and train a puppy and not just impulsively buy one?

    1. I am hoping to get one within the next couple of years, so want to be prepared on how to train a dog. I had a cat & the cat was trained to use the litter box.

  3. Man, this guy NEVER clickbaits. My dog cooperates with me the same way his dog does when I do what Zak says

    1. เฒฅโ€ฟเฒฅ

Sohan Gandra lol he did on his other test vid he never talked about it he just said it depends what pee pad you use the whole vid ๐Ÿ˜‚

    2. No kidding. I’ve even adopted “yes!”. If only I could be the clearly nice, honestly-never-negative-or-angry person that Zak is. Sigh.

  4. Thankyou so much! This has been very helpful, I’m getting a male dura hound puppy next week and Ive never had a dog before so this really helped!

    1. I have my dog 6 months now… We had absolutely no problem after 6 months my dog decided that she wants to experience how is to pee in my moms bed… I guess she liked it and keeps doing it!

    2. Mine actually did. Yesterday my mom returned him to the previous owners. :,) Rather than sad for myself I feel bad for my puppy, I didn’t even get to say goodbye, I just woke up and he’s gone.

  5. I don’t actually own a dog but I still watch these because it’s really nice to see the young pups learning and completing tricks and always makes me smile ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Zak: “Dogs don’t like doing their business in their living space”
My pup: Pees on my pillow and sleeps right on top of it.

  7. Iโ€™m 13 and I trained 3 dogs and had another one who died recently and itโ€™s actually pretty easy! Just never give up! And be happy towards your dog

    1. @D watch your dog Everytime they go outside and donโ€™t go inside if you know they need to go, once you watch them go make sure you congratulate them by saying good boy or good girl but treats work best.
Also let your dog out every 30-45 minutes

  8. Albie The Blue Rhรดne Cocker Spaniel

When we first got Albie 4 months ago he was 8 weeks and we couldnโ€™t keep up with the pooing and peeing. We had him in his crate and a play pen surround. To start with it was all the time but eventually after a week of settling in he was taken out every 30 mins regardless to do his business. Every time he did go outside he was praised and given a treat. If he messed inside we would stay calm and take him outside so that he knew. Now 6 months later heโ€™s doing his business outside and he lets us know especially re poop as he goes bonkers before. It takes dedication and patience but do not give up hope your puppy will learn. Albie still has accidents but very very few. Videos like this are always very useful indeed. Good luck.

    1. My lab dog is now 8 months old but he neither pees nor poops outside he has chosen a spot and has become adamant not to do his business outside it feels like he holds up and whenever I am not around he goes to that particular spot and do it. So I am just upset now.

    2. @Nitish Rajoria what you need to do is get an enzymatic cleaner. When a dog uses the restroom, it leaves a scent and later he will continue going in that spot. Using a special enzymatic cleaner in the area after an accident should help

  9. Just getting a new pupper after our last one passed a year and change ago ๐Ÿ™ . I hadn’t trained a puppy in so so many years, our last one lived to be 14! Definitely need these videos for some good refresher course action for our new little fuzzball. XD Thanks so much for these videos @Zak! EDIT: I also am a serious scifi geek and love all your pupper names!!! BB and Inertia! lol

  10. you can tell how much he loves the dogs he trains, the way he just kisses on them and plays with them. it makes me so happy for him and the dogs he trains

  11. After months of struggle finally today I got a puppy and now he’s sleeping on my lap. I wanted to know how to potty train him. This helped a lot. Thanksโค๏ธ

  12. I’m so lucky to have my new puppy named ‘Knight’. He’s a month old and he’s a genius one. We haven’t train him yet ’cause we just got him the other day but he is so behave and responsible. Everytime he wants to pee or poop, he cried in front of our door as if telling us that he wants go out and then we discover that he wants to pee or poop when he directly search for a perfect place for him to do his things. After he finished, he went back inside our house and play with us… We’re so happy to have him.

  13. This is literally the best housebreaking video I have ever seen!!! Iโ€™ve housebroken many dogs and this is exactly the fastest way to do it. Love it!!!

  14. *What a great **dogy.training** ! Our 8 month old Goldendoodle loves. He even knows when comes on , because he knows Brandon’s voice now. This book not only gives you Brandon’s sure fire way to train your dog, it also gives you insight into what makes Brandon such an amazing trainer & the wonderful work he does with shelter animals.I highly recommend this book to all new & old puppy parents!*

  15. This makes me feel better about my 10wk old just not getting the idea of asking to go out. Weโ€™re teaching her to push a button to potty and she generally goes whenever sheโ€™s outside but she still tends to go inside when we arenโ€™t consistent enough with potty breaks
