upset in on yourself and feeling depressed or getting sick . . . or even taking senseless risks. All of
these negative outcomes can be traced back to emotional hunger that is not being
nourished.

Actually, it is pretty common to not even recognize
emotional needs, let alone know what they are or how to meet them.

We live in a culture that trains us to stuff these
